License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software. Unless you have a different license
agreement signed by Askarya Technologies, your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
warranty. Askarya Technologies has the right to modify this agreement
at any time without anyones consent.

Registered Version License
===========================

This license applies to the registered version of the SOFTWARE.
If you are using an evaluation version of SOFTWARE, see the
"Evaluation Version License" section below.

One registered copy of Taskbar Manager may either be used
by a single person who uses the product personally on one or
more computers, or installed on a single workstation used
non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. This license
is not transferable to any other hardware product or other company,
entity, or individual.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

Evaluation Version License
===========================

This license applies to the evaluation version of the SOFTWARE.
If you are using a registered version of SOFTWARE, see the
"Registered Version License" section above.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge. After you have fully evaluated the software,
you are expected to either register this software or remove
it from your computer. Ordering information is described in the file
ORDER.TXT. When payment is received, you will get the full version installation
package of the software for your machine.

The evaluation version of this SOFTWARE may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
company may charge a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE
without written permission from the copyright holder.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
